Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with The Cake Lounge®, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Bookings All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Orders are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all order details provided are accurate.

2. Pricing & Payments Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

3. Custom Orders We work closely with clients to achieve the desired design; however, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. By approving a design, you accept the final interpretation by our team.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

5. Collection & Delivery Clients must collect orders at the agreed time. For deliveries, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather). Once the order has been collected or delivered, responsibility passes to the client.

6. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made close to the delivery/collection date may incur additional charges.

7. Liability The Cake Lounge® is not liable for any damage to cakes once they have been collected or delivered and accepted. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery. Refund Policy

At The Cake Lounge®, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

1. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and cover preparation costs.

2. Cancellations Orders cancelled within a reasonable timeframe (to be defined by your business, e.g., 5–7 days prior) may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit. Late cancellations may not qualify for any refund.

3. Order Issues If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of collection or delivery. We may request photos or a return of the product to assess the concern.

4. Refund Eligibility Refunds or partial refunds may be issued if:

The product does not meet the agreed specifications There is a quality issue confirmed by our team

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after order confirmation Minor design variations due to handcrafted nature Damage occurring after collection or delivery Failure to follow storage instructions

6. Resolution

Where appropriate, we may offer:

A replacement product

A credit for future orders

A partial refund
